10/15/2024:

Amendment 0001 of the RFP has been posted to the classified ARC. The submission deadline for the notice of intent to participate in Phase 1 has been extended to 18 October 2024, 2:00PM EDT. Please be reminded that submission of the notice of intent letter is via upload to the classified ARC website only as stated in the RFP.

10/11/2024: The Government's response to SEQUOIA Phase 1 questions have been posted to the classified ARC. The submission deadline of 15 October 2024 for the notice of intent to participate in Phase 1 letters will be extended. An amendment to the RFP will be issued shortly.

9/23/2024: The National Geospatial-Intelligence Agency (NGA) issued the final Request for Proposal (RFP) HM047624R0005 for SEQUOIA, Artificial Intelligence/Machine Learning Data Labeling services requirement. The RFP is posted to the CLASSIFIED Intelligence-Community-Acquisition Research Center (IC-ARC) website at https://acq-ui.ace.proj.nrp.ic.gov. The source selection includes a Phase 1 Oral Presentation and Phase 2 Written Proposal.

Industry questions concerning Phase 1 are due no later than 2:00PM on 30 Sep 2024 via the classified ARC. Notice of intent to participate in Phase 1 letters are due no later than 2:00PM on 15 Oct 2024 via the classified ARC. Phase 2 dates will be provided after completion of Phase 1. Interested parties must have a classified ARC account to access the classified ARC website.

To obtain a classified ARC account, interested parties must add their classified email address to their profile in the unclassified ARC website and within 24-48 hours, the classified ARC account will be active. To access the unclassified ARC website, interested parties must create an account at https://acq-ui.westfields.net.
