DoDEA Mid-Atlantic District- Puerto Rico School Bus Drivers Annual Physical Examination

Amendment 001: The purpose of this Amendment is to extend the deadline until Thursday, 23 May 2024. It includes Attachment 3 (24Q2001_Attachment 3 -Volume II Past Perf_050324) and modifies 52.212-1 ADDENDUM and 52.212-2 ADDENDUM. This Amendment changes Request for Quote to Request for Proposal, includes a Questions and Answers document, and adds clauses and provisions.

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) intends to award, under Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Parts 12 and 13, a single Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) Indefinite Delivery/Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract for Puerto Rico School Bus Drivers Annual Physical Examination, DoDEA Mid-Atlantic District. Services will be for a 5-year period, which includes a Base Period of one (1) year and four (4) one-year Option Periods, with an additional 6-months service possible in accordance with FAR 52.217-8.
