CCRS Capacity-Building Support

This is a sole source notice of intent and is not a request for proposals or quotations. The determination not to compete this proposed contract action is solely within the discretion of the Government. The Government will not reimburse respondents for any costs associated with preparing or submitting a response to this notice.

The Department of Defense Education Activity (DoDEA) has the following requirements: DoDEA requires agency membership and participation in collaboratives, which are often designated as state collaboratives on assessment and student standards (SCASS). The number of collaboratives/SCASS DoDEA attends will be based on our needs and each year’s offerings.

The applicable North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 611710, Educational Support Services, and the applicable PSC is U009, Education/Training – General Services. DoDEA intends to award a sole source Firm-Fixed Price (FFP) contract pursuant to FAR 13.501(a), a sole source acquisition under the authority of the special program for commercial supplies or services. Only one responsible entity can meet DoDEA’s requirements, and no other supplies or services will satisfy the agency’s requirements.

The anticipated award contract type is a Firm-Fixed-Price Purchase Order contract. The period of performance will consist of a 1 year base with 4 option years. See attached PWS and JNA for more information.
