Sole Source to CLC Compliance Technologies, Inc.

The Department of Justice, Civil Rights Division (CRT), intends to award a sole source purchase order based on FAR Subpart 13.106-1 (b) “Soliciting from a single source”. The Housing and Civil Enforcement Section (HCE) of the Civil Rights Division intends to purchase multiple licenses for LendingPatterns, a web-based data analysis system, from CLC Compliance Technologies. HCE is responsible for enforcing fair lending laws, including the Fair Housing Act and the Equal Credit Opportunity Act.

The Lending Patterns licenses will support the fair lending work of HCE. LendingPatterns is a trademarked product of CLC Compliance Technologies. It is considered a unique product and no other product offers the same or similar information as LendingPatterns. This is not a request for competitive quotes.
