To All Potential Offerors, This notice serves as a formal amendment 0002 to the subject solicitation. The purpose of this amendment is to extend the proposal due date. The proposal due date is hereby extended from March 24, 2026, at 4:00 PM CST to April 7, 2026, at 4:00 PM CST. A future amendment will be issued to provide responses to timely questions received. This future amendment may also officially extend the Question & Answer (Q&A) period. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged.

Offerors are required to acknowledge receipt of this amendment with their proposal submission. To All Potential Offerors, This notice serves as a formal amendment 0001 to the subject solicitation. The purpose of this amendment is to provide the following updates:

Updated Dates: The date for all questions and answers (Q&A) is updated to March 9, 2026. The due date for all solicitation responses is updated to March 24, 2026. Correction of Departmental Reference: All references to the "Department of War" are hereby corrected to read "Department of Defense." This change is made to ensure consistency across all acquisition documents and to prevent any confusion.

Addition of Q&A Document: "Attachment 16: Question and Answer Document" has been added to the solicitation package. This document contains all questions received to date and the corresponding Government responses. All other terms and conditions of the solicitation remain unchanged. Offerors are required to acknowledge receipt of this amendment with their proposal submission. Thank you for your continued interest.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with part 12. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation. Offers are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation number HC108426R0004 is issued as a request for proposal (RFP) for a scalable storage system that can dynamically adapt to varying storage and throughput demands through an on-demand service model.

This approach must allow for cost flexibility, being billed on a utility basis that depends on actual usage throughout the contract's lifecycle. The scope of this contract requires a managed storage service for the Government that provides solutions for all application workloads, including the necessary hardware, operating software, network management tools, technical services, and operational control.

In addition, the required managed services should include the comprehensive provisioning and maintenance of all necessary assets, such as hardware, software, licensing, and all relevant design, logistics, field maintenance, and systems engineering services. The primary objective is to ensure seamless, adaptive, and efficient storage management that provides the Government with the flexibility needed to satisfy requirements for security, availability, scalability, and the modernization of its storage infrastructure.

This acquisition is not set-aside for small business concerns. This solicitation incorporates provisions and clauses by reference.
