Human Capital Management (HCM) IT transformation aims to enhance the efficiency, effectiveness, and agility of HR IT operations while also improving employee experience, engagement, and productivity.
Through adoption of advanced technologies (such as cloud-based HCM IT Platform as a Service, data analytics, artificial intelligence, and automation to streamline HR processes, gain actionable insights, and drive informed decision-making), DISA plans to enable a holistic approach to HCM from talent acquisition to retirement/separation.
