SOTD Snowmobile Rental

All questions that were submitted have been answered and added as an attachement. The Solicitation has also been Amended in order to extend the due date of RFQ's because of the Holidays. All Quotes are do 9 JAN 2026 at 5:00 PM EST. If you have already submitted a quote and wish to submit a new one with the new information please feel free too. Requirement is for Snow Equipment Rental in Delta Junction, AK.

Contractor must provide fifteen (15) Snomobiles, four (4) Trailers, six (6) Sigling Sleds, thirty (30) Fuel Cans, Maintence, fifteen (15) Heater Cores, and fifteen (15) Cargo Nets. This is to help facilitate SOTD with their training exercise in Alaska starting on 2 February 2026 and ending 25 February 2026. All equipment must be meet the Salient Characteristics provided and be delivered to the address provided.
