SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE: The 905th Contracting Battalion - Fort Bragg is conducting market research to determine the existence of interested sources capable of providing all rental vehicles necessary for the Special Operations Forces Arctic Medic (SOFAM) exercise is a military training event in Fairbanks, Alaska that provides medical training in austere, extreme environments to medics and operators across all military services and federal agencies.

Movement of personnel, equipment, and supplies is an essential task in this challenging terrain to effectively support this exercise.

The government requires eighteen (18) Sport Utility Vehicles (SUV), five (5) trucks, two (2) 15- passenger vans, and one (1) cargo van to facilitate ground transportation for personnel, equipment, and supplies for the duration of the three-week SOFAM exercise in Alaska with a start date of 9 January 2026 and end date of 30 January 2026. as specified in the attached DRAFT Statement of Work (SOW).

This is not a Request for Quotes, but instead a market research method to determine interested sources prior to issuing the solicitation. Anticipated period of performance is 9-30 January 2026. The purpose of this Sources Sought Notice is to obtain an indication of interest from all businesses, determine any interest from the small business community, and obtain voluntary limited capability information of those interested sources.

A determination by the Government on the method of competing this requirement has not been made. The Government will not award a contract based on this Sources Sought Notice, the information received, nor reimburse participants for information they provide. Information provided is strictly voluntary. This IS NOT a request for technical/management proposals. If you are an interested source and capable of meeting the entire requirement without failure please provide the following voluntary information:
