Intent to Sole Source - Network Radio Gateway

THIS IS A NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD A SOLE-SOURCE CONTRACT AND IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This Sole Source is authorized under FAR subpart 13.106-1(b) - soliciting from one source if the contracting officer determines that the circumstances of this contract action deem only one source reasonably available. This is not a request for competitive offers, quotes, or capability statements. No solicitation will be posted as a result of this notice.

This Special Notice is being issued for information purposes only. The formal Justification & Approval for this action shall be posted on this site in accordance with FAR Part 6.305(a) within 14 days after final award. The 905th Contracting Battalion intends to award on a sole source basis IAW FAR 13.106(b)(1) to Parraid LLC in support of Special Operations Command Europe (SOCEUR) for the purchase of 12 Port Network Radio Gateway (NRG) Rack-mount and 4 Port Deployable NRG unit including all required cabling.
