This procurement is being conducted in accordance with FAR 8.405-6(b)(l) for ServiceNow software tool license, support, and maintenance. The NAICS code is 7A20 for this procurement. This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive quotes. However, interested parties may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement no later than 30 May 2024 to jeff.nash@socom.mil or kristen.colyer@socom.mil.

Responses received will be evaluated; however, a determination by the Government not to compete the proposed procurement based upon responses received to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This is a special notice prepared in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Subpart 5.2 Synopses of Proposed Contract Actions. A solicitation will not be posted.

This will be the only notice of the Government's intent to solicit, negotiate, and award to one source to satisfy this requirement. Any responses received no later than 30 May 2024 will be considered late, non-resonsive.
