In preparation for an upcoming procurement, USSOCOM is conducting market research to determine potential sources for the lease of a rotary wing aircraft. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code is 532411 - Commercial Air, Rail, and Water Transportation Equipment Rental and Leasing.

The small business size standard for this NAICS code is $45.5M. Businesses are encouraged to submit a brief, typed Capability Statement in response to this source sought announcement. USSOCOM, seeks information from qualified vendors meeting the technical specifications listed in Attachment 1 (H92406-26-R-0001RFI_7-8). The Airframe will be used for training exercises supporting USSOCOM requirements. Responses are requested by September 18, 2026, at 4:00PM Eastern Standard Time.
