Dale Mabry HWY Tampa, FL 33611 Under the Targeted Requirement Execution (TREX) contracts, the contractors shall provide Intelligence, Surveillance, and Reconnaissance (ISR) related equipment solutions and related incidental development and/or other related services to the Government in four main categories: (1) System Integration, (2) Hardware and Modifications, (3) Specialized Communications Solutions and Networks, and (4) Signal Processing Capabilities.

The resultant multiple Indefinite Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contracts have seven one-year ordering periods and will include multiple contract types at the Delivery Order/Task Order (DO/TO) levels. The available contract types consist of Firm Fixed Price (FFP) (primary used) and Cost Reimbursable (CR) as appropriate for the DO/TO specific requirement in support of U.S. Special Operations Command, Program Executive Office, Tactical Information Systems (PEO-TIS).

The work will be performed primarily at the contractors’ facilities. Each contract will have an effective date of 16 October 2025, and an ordering period expected to be completed by 15 October 2032. **Note** Due to a new contract writing system, the solicitation number on the awarded contracts will reflect a solicitation number of H92401-25-R-E001. This is solely in the contract writing system; solicitation number H92401-25-R-0002, as viewable in SAM.gov, is the accurate solicitation number for the resulting awards.
