SOCCENT Intelligence Services Support Contract

SOCCENT Intelligence Service Support Contract 1. The Headquarters Special Operations Command Central (HQ SOCCENT) is conducting market research for possible intelligence and operations support requirements. The scope of the requirements will include intelligence support to both Headquarters and Theater Special Operations as well as planning and technical support to Sensitive Activities. Further details on scope are listed in ATTACHMENT 1 – Scope.

2. Contractor performance requires a TS facility clearance, TS safeguarding capabilities, and staffing with Contractor personnel cleared to the TS level. All Contractor personnel performing under this task order shall be U.S. Citizens and those requiring SCI access shall have a final TS clearance with Single Scope Background Investigation (SSBI) and shall be eligible for indoctrination to the SCI level.

Contractor personnel performing work under this task order shall have a Top Secret (TS) clearance and be eligible for Special Compartmented Information (SCI) access when work begins on the task order and shall maintain the level of security required for the life of the task order. Contractor personnel shall be capable of being “read-on” and able to provide services upon task order award. Contractor personnel are subject to a polygraph examination for access to higher-level classification.
