JJ-Closed Circuit Rebreather (CCR) Underwater Breathing Apparatus (UBA)

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals or quotes. This is not a solicitation or request to offers. No solicitation package is available and telephone request will not be honored. The Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC), Contracting Department, San Diego CA, 92155 intends to solicitate and award a Firm-Fixed-Price purchase order to Extreme Exposure for the procurement of JJ-CCR (Closed Circuit Rebreather) Underwater Breathing Apparatus (UBA).

The contract action is for commercial supplies pursuant to Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR 6.103-1, Only one responsible source and no other supplies or services will satisfy agency requirements. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this acquisition is 459110 - Sporting Goods Retailers. The size standard is $26.5M.

All qualified sources must respond no later than the date and time specified under General Information within this special notice. A determination by the government not to compete this proposed contract based upon response to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. This notice shall not be construed as a RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
