Security Gate System & Quarterly Preventative Maintenance

Amendment 0001: 5 May 2025 - Quote due date moved from 8 May to 12 May, added photos, added responses to RFIs. The objective of this requirement is to remove and replace a security gate operating system for 1 entrance point and acquire quarterly preventative maintenance service for two gates and four overhead doors. Ranges East Camp Atterbury is requesting to have the gate operating system replaced with new and updated components as well as quarterly preventative maintenance added as option years.

This is a COMBINED SYNOPSIS/SOLICITATION for commercial items prepared in accordance with the policies and procedures using FAR subpart 12.6, Streamlined Procedures for Evaluation and Solicitation for Commercial Items, and FAR Part 13, Simplified Acquisition Procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. Quotes are being requested and a separate written solicitation will not be issued. Solicitation H9224025QE005 is issued as a request for quotation (RFQ).

It is the Government’s intent to award a Firm-Fixed-Price contract for the supplies and services defined in this RFQ as a 100% Small-Business set aside. Participating Offerors must be registered at www.sam.gov or self-certify in its quote to the applicable NAICS code size standard listed below.
