Decelerator Trap Repair Parts

Naval Special Warfare (NSW) Command has a requirement for Action Target, Inc. (CAGE: 0N2W7) Decelerator Trap repair parts. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) purchase order type contract on a sole source basis to Action Target, Inc. for these supplies. This sole source acquisition will be conducted in accordance with FAR Part 12 - Acquisition of Commercial Products and Commercial Services and FAR Part 13 - Simplified Acquisition Procedures.

A Limited Source Justification (LSJ) will be posted with this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 332999, and the size standard is 750 employees. This synopsis shall not be construed as a RFQ or an obligation on the part of the Government.
