Force-on-Force Training Simulator (FoFTS) Services

Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) requires OEM authorized trainers and equipment on the United States Marine Corps Force-on-Force Training Simulator. SAAB Defense is the OEM and only authorized trainer to provide the required service. No other vendor has been certified to provide the required training or equipment. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to SAAB Defense (CAGE CODE 1QFK5). The estimated contract value is $67,000.00.

The sole source acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source reasonably available. The Sole Source Justification will be posted under this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 541990, and the small business size standard is $17M. This synopsis shall not be construed as an RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
