Quick Terrain Modeler Training

Naval Special Warfare Command (NSWC) purchased Quick Terrain Modeler Licenses from Applied Imagery. QTM software and licenses are proprietary to Applied Imagery and only Applied Imagery can provide instruction for the software. Applied Imagery is the only authorized trainer to provide the required service. No other vendor has been certified to provide the required training. The Government intends to award a Firm Fixed Price (FFP) contract to Applied Imagery (CAGE CODE 3YAW5).

The estimated contract value is $50,000.00. The sole source acquisition will be conducted in accordance with the Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) only one source reasonably available. The Sole Source Justification will be posted under this synopsis. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code for this effort is 611420, and the small business size standard is $16M. This synopsis shall not be construed as an RFP or an obligation on the part of the Government.
