Pre-Proposal Conference - Special Operations Aviation Training, Readiness, and Management Support (SOA-TRMS)

**Update 2- Changed start time on 22 Aug 2024 to 0800 Central time **Update 1- Changed date from Wednesday, August 22, 2024 to Thursday, August 22, 2024** Pre-proposal Conference: A Pre-proposal Conference will be conducted on Thursday, August 22, 2024, at 8:00 AM EST at Fort Campbell, Kentucky regarding this solicitation.

Submit via email the names of all attendees, not to exceed three (3) per company, on Attachment 1- Clearance Verification Form, to the Contracting Team no later than Friday, August 16, 2024, at 1:00 PM EST. Submission instructions are within the attached form. This information must be provided in advance to verify security clearances and ensure access to the conference site and adequate seating for the conference attendees.

Additional site visit information, base access instructions, and a strip map will be sent to all respondents with verified clearance data via email. Pre-proposal conference attendance is NOT required to submit a proposal. Please note that this requirement’s name has changed from SOA S3 to SOA TRMS (Training, Readiness, Management Support).
