This serves as notice that the United States Government has accepted an offer to lease 3,380 rentable square feet of space yielding a minimum of 6,095 ANSI/BOMA office area square feet and 4 surface parking spaces using Other than Full and Open Competition practices for a new lease for the TRANSPORTATION SECURITY ADMINISTRATION The lease has been awarded to the GREENVILEE-SPARTANBURG INTERNATIONAL AIRPORT in GREER, SC.

Commencing 11/21/2024 through 11/20/2029, the U.S. Government shall pay the Lessor initial annual rent of $255,798.40 for a less than fully serviced lease at the rate of $22,336.43 per month. Said rent shall consist of a shell rental in the amount of $255,798.40 annually, antenna space in the amount of $10,798.70 annually and annual parking rate of $1,440.00. The lease term is set at 5 years firm.
