Vance AFB, Oklahoma- Exchange, Express, Class Six, and Concessions Mall Image Update

Vance AFB, Oklahoma- Exchange, Express, Class Six, and Concessions Mall Image Update Project Number: 3851-21-000016 This project will be an Interior image update of Vance Exchange (Bldg 415) including updated Exchange, Express, Class Six, and Concessions Mall. Exchange scope includes downsizing current retail square footage, new interior finishes, and new fixtures as needed.

Express scope includes adding three (3) QSPs (Hunt Bros Pizza, Chopz Grab-n-GO, and & Express Kitchen), new Express walk-in cooler/freezer, and additional walk-in cooler/freezer to support new QSPs. Additional scope includes new shared Exchange/Express checkout, renovated customer toilets, renovated administration area, and new mall customer lounge area. Project scope is 25,250 sf total.
