St Express in building 9401 (4,629 SF). Internally, it will add a QSR, new drink station, equipment, fixtures, and Snack Avenue island. It will replace lighting with LED fixtures and refresh finishes. A new 140 SF walk-in freezer will be added to the exterior of the building.
