The Indian Health Service, Navajo Area, Gallup Service Unit, located at 516 East Nizhoni Blvd, Gallup, New Mexico intends to negotiate a single source award to:

Pitney Bowes Global Financial Services LLC, The period of performance begins on February 1, 2024 through January 31, 2025, and four (4) option years if exercised IAW FAR 17.205 Documentation.

NAICS CODE: 532420, Office Machinery and Equipment Rental and Leasing, with a small business set aside standard of $40 applies. The statutory authority permitting other than full and open competition is FAR 13.106-1(b), purchases not exceeding the simplified acquisition threshold may be solicited from one source if it is determined that the circumstances of the contract deems only one source available.
