Specialized Storage lease for Generator Engines

The Coast Guard is seeking a lease for temporary storage of seven generator-engine sets (GENSETs) in the vicinity of Baltimore, MD, Charleston, SC, or Norfolk, VA. The GENSETs must be stored in climate-controlled space; therefore, lease options shall include either existing building space that meet requirements detailed or vacant land with opportunity to build a concrete pad and climate-controlled structure.

GENSET Specifications: • There will be four identical Large (Father) GENSETs. The information below is for one: o Overall Length: 44’ o Overall Height: 16’ o Overall Width: 11’ o Estimated Weight: 167 Tons • There will be two Small (Son) GENSETs.
