SOURCES SOUGHT SYNOPSIS The Defense Logistics Agency Maritime Pearl Harbor/Pearl Harbor Naval Shipyard issuing this sources sought and request for information as a means of conducting market research to identify parties having an interest in and the resources to support a requirement for one (1) each, Compact and portable air cooled 500W pulsed laser cleaning system with tunable 20ns-500ns pulse durations, maximum of 2mJ per pulse, and high-speed circular scan.
Integrated air knife feature to help keep optics clean. Operates on standard 120V power outlet and can operate on any 90V - 240V power outlet 50/60Hz anywhere in the world. Durable stainless steel and aluminum construction. With the following items: Laser Goggles, 10 pairs 1064nm laser goggles with OD 7+ or 9+ @1064nm Laser Cleaning Cube, Laser cleaning cube station. Laser cleaning enclosure cube made from 4 OD 9+ @ 1064nm laser safety windows and aluminum frame.
Dimensions:
L:24 W:24” H: 36”. Shipping box included. Fume Capture Chamber, 100% fume capture chamber. Aluminum fume capture chamber with crystal window. Accepts a 2” vacuum hose connection. 450CFM Fume Extractor, 100% fume capture chamber. Aluminum fume capture chamber with crystal window. Accepts a 2” vacuum hose connection. Extra Scan Lens, Scan lenses for GC-500X compact systems. Systems come with 3 lenses included. Available focal lengths are 10cm, 16cm, 25cm, 30cm, 50cm.
Protective Lens Windows, Protective sacrificial crystal windows for air cooled laser scan lenses up to 500W. Quantity 5 12’x12’ Enclosure, 12’x12’ Portable Enclosure Booth with one interlocked door and one laser viewing window. The results of this market research will contribute to determining the method of procurement.
