FY26 Boiler Plant Software Maintenance

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial service prepared in accordance with the information in Federal Acquisition Regulation (FAR) Part 13 using Simplified Acquisition Procedures (SAP). This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; written solicitation is attached. This solicitation is issued as a sole source requirement to ABB Inc, located at 23000 Harvard Rd, Beachwood OH 44122-7234, for proprietary software maintenance services for the boiler plant in Building 177 at Robins AFB, GA. As the software is proprietary to ABB Inc., quotations from other vendors will not be considered. Justification for sole source: The software is proprietary to ABB Inc.
