JEFO-Office of Health Security Administrative, Personnel Security, & Facility Support Services

The Department of Homeland Security (DHS), Office of Procurement Operations (OPO), Department Operations Division III (DOAD III), in support of the Office of Health Security (OHS), has made an award based on a Justification for an Exception to Fair Opportunity (JEFO) in accordance with RFO FAR 16.507-6(d)(2).

DHS/OPO/DOAD III conducted a sole source procurement pursuant to RFO FAR 16.507-6(b)(1) “the agency need for the supplies or services is so urgent that providing a fair opportunity would result in unacceptable delays” for the procurement of ongoing non-personal , professional services to ensure uninterrupted programmatic support for The Office of Health Security (OHS), Immediate Office (IO), and Mission Support Operations.

The awardee is Chimera Enterprises International, Inc. (Chimera); 2893 Yost CT; Edgewood, MD 21040. The requirement is for the continued procurement of non-personal, professional services in support of OHS, IO, and Mission Support Operations.
