Synopsis - UTA Lodging 914 Niagara Falls

**Note: This is a synopsis of a potential contract action. A solicitation has not been posted and proposals are not being requested at this time.

The 914th Niagara Falls Air Refueling Wing (ARW) hereby gives notice of their intent to award a Firm Fixed Price Blanket Purchase Agreement for UTA and special event overflow lodging to a lodging establishment within a 25 mile radius of Niagara Falls, NY. The lodging establishment must have single and double room vacancies during UTA weekends, pass a site inspection by the Government and take Governmentwide Purchase Card as a form of payment. The period of performance for this agreement is five years.

The procurement will be 100% Small Business set-aside. The North American Industrial Classification System (NAICS) code 721110 - Hotens (except Casino Hotels) and Motels, size standard $35,000,000.00 applies with Service Code V231 - Transportation/Travel/Relocation- Travel/Lodging/Recruitement: Lodging, Hotel/Motel.

The requirement is being solicited orally IAW FAR Part 13. Written Quoteations will be accepted during the solicitation period which is anticipated to take place until 2 July 2024, with award anticipated on 3 July 2024. All offerors must be registered in they System for Award Management (SAM) Database to recieve a Government contract award. Offerors may register for SAM at: https://www.sam.gov.
