ACAMS Training - Modification/Increase

The WA National Guard will award a sole source contract for ACAMS training for up to 50 students to be conducted at various locations through September 2024. ACAMS is the sole source for this training and accompanying certification(s). Per the requirements at FAR 5.207(c)(16)(ii ) all responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Contract# W912K3-24-P-0029 will be modified (P00001) to increase adjust the schedule and quantity of training. This is a sole source requirement, so it is in the best interest of the government to modify the existing contract, rather than establish a new contract action.
