Synopsis of SANS Training This is a NOTICE OF PROPOSED CONTRACT ACTION. The United States Secret Service (USSS) intends to award on a NON-COMPETITIVE basis a contract with the SANS Institute, LLC for various Global Information Assurance Certification (GIAC) prep training courses. The proposed contract action will provide training to prepare USSS personnel seeking GIAC certification to successfully pass a GIAC exam. Award will be made to SANS Institute, LLC for SANS Training.

This acquisition is in support of the USSS Office of the Chief Information Officer (OCIO), Information Technology Cyber Security Program (ITCSP) to provide delivery of official SANS curriculum for SANS-authorized courses for OTCSP personnel.

The Government intends to make award by 30 August 2024. If a firm is interested and believes it is capable of meeting the Government’s requirement, it must identify its capability to provide and deliver official SANS curriculum for SANS-authorized courses which meets the requirement to the Contracting Officer, Chris Transue, christopher.transue@usss.dhs.gov, and Contracting Specialist, Joseph Thibault, joseph.thibault@associates.usss.dhs.gov within ten (10) days of this publication.
