The United States Secret Service (USSS) intends to award a sole source contract to D-Fend Solutions AD, Inc. This notice is not a request for competitive offers, quotes, or capability statements. This special notice is being issued for informational purpose only and no solicitation will be posted as a result of this notice. The determination to sole source this requirement was made in accordance with FAR Subpart 13.5 and is solely at the discretion of the Government.

The Justification & Approval for this action is attached.
