This task order is for system administration and technical support services to maintain and enhance the Electronic Program Management Office (ePMO) program management tool for the Department of Homeland Security (DHS) Office of the Chief Financial Officer (OCFO) Resource Management Transformation (RMT). The ePMO program management tool is built on HCL Lotus Domino Utility Server software and is used by DHS, Federal Emergency Management Agency (FEMA), and several other DHS components.
In accordance with FAR 16.505(b)(2)(i)(C), the order must be issued on a sole-source basis in the interest of economy and efficiency because it is a logical follow-on to an order already issued under the contract, provided that all awardees were given a fair opportunity to be considered for the original order.
