Body Armor Requirement to support ICE/OFTP

5/30/2024- The Government states in the RFP that offerors are required to provide a “Link and instructions to active/verified WEBOS system capable of uploading excel documentation.” Clarification Statement from the CO: The term “WEBOS” is an ACRONYM which refers to a Web Based Ordering System that is capable of allowing customers to upload excel spreadsheets to place delivery orders and track field body armor orders.

5/6/2024- Under AMENDMENT 2 to ICE RFP 70CMSW24R00000008 (Body Armor), all previous versions of the RFP (Attachment 1) are replaced with the attached RFP version dated 5/6/2024: Amended RFP/Solicitation (Attachment 1)- Uploaded to SAM.GOV Highlight of Amendment 2 is as follows:

Revised the “Maximum Ordering” Section on Page 2 of the RFP (Attachment 1). All other attachments for the RFP/Solicitation remain unchanged.

4/26/2024- Attached are the following documents that pertain to AMENDMENT 1 to ICE RFP 70CMSW24R00000008 (Body Armor): Q&A Document dated 4/26/2024 Amended RFP/Solicitation Amended Attachment 3- Pricing Schedule. Highlights of Amendment 1 for the amended documents are as follows:

For the amended RFP/Solicitation, Page 2, the Maximum Ordering is raised from $50M to $100M for all awards (when combined). For the amended RFP/Solicitation, Page 9, the Outstanding Rating is amended for Factor 1, Sub-Factor 1- Weight Evaluation. For the amended Pricing Schedule, a NTE Travel CLIN is added for the base and all optional periods. All other attachments for the RFP/Solicitation remain unchanged.
