THIS IS A MARKET RESEARCH/SOURCES SOUGHT NOTICE SEEKING INFORMATION ONLY. NO QUOTES WILL BE ACCEPTED. This is a Sources Sought announcement only seeking responses in order to determine participation in this acquisition. The 355th Contracting Office, Davis-Monthan AFB (DMAFB) intends to procure: Provide catered (hot) food service for the following:

Approximately 250 personnel Vegetarian options for approximately 30 personnel 19 – 28 January 2025 Only dinner (approximately 5 pm to 730 pm) Silver Flag site of Tyndall AFB, FL 264 Strange Point Loop, Stop 87 Tyndall AFB, FL 32403 The designated NAICS Code is 722310 Food Service Contractors, with a size standard of $47.0M. Your response shall include your company's size, CAGE/UEID codes and the primary point of contact.

Documentation of technical expertise and capability must be presented in sufficient detail for the Government to determine that your company possesses the necessary functional area expertise and experience to compete for this acquisition. It is imperative that business concerns responding to this notice articulate their capabilities clearly and adequately.

Responses to this notice are strictly voluntary; no reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this announcement.
