Q&A: Can you clarify the scope required for the Geotechnical Engineer? The described scope of work does not seem to require this discipline. For clarification there will be no requirement to have Geotechnical Engineers on the Team Composition. Can you confirm whether a “SE” license is required for the Structural Engineer? For this type of facility a Civil Engineer “CE” seems allowable.

For Clarification there will also be no Structural Engineeer on the Team Composition and that is correct a Civil Engineer is allowable. Are Existing P&ID drawings available for the plant? There are no existing P&ID drawings for the plant. Will the project modify any of the existing WWTP processes? This project will not modify existing processes Will new P&ID drawings be required in the design deliverables? It states in Section 1.03 C of the SOW that a new P&IDs are required.

Does the project include ADEC permitting? Since the poject doesn't involve changes to the plant's discharges, it shouldn't require any amendments to Eielson's permit. is there a page limit for Section H of the response?
