Intent to Award Single Source - Dosimetry Irradiation Trays

This requirement is for (3) three dosimetry irradiation trays at Air Force Research Lab, Wright-Patterson AFB.

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The NAICS Code is 334519. Air Force Research Lab (AFRL/PZLEQ), Wright-Patterson AFB, OH, contemplates awarding a sole source purchase order as authorized by 10 USC 3572, Implementation of Simplified Acquisition Procedures (41 USC 1901), as implemented by FAR 13.5, DFARS 213.5, and AFFARS 5313.5 (incorporating AFFARS 5306.304) to Hopewell Designs, Inc. Please see the attachments to this notice for additional details.

This Notice of Intent is not a request for competitive proposals. A determination by the Government for the competition of this requirement based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Any responses should be e-mailed to the buyer at andrew.hertel.3@us.af.mil no later than 21 Mar 2024 at 4:00 PM Eastern Time.

Only responses received by this date will be considered. All questions should be directed to the buyer at andrew.hertel.3@us.af.mil. Be advised that all correspondence sent via e-mail shall contain a subject line that reads “Dosimetry Irradiation Trays.” Note that e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson AFB are designed to filter e-mails without subject lines or with suspicious subject lines or contents (i.e., .exe, or .zip files).

Therefore, if this subject line is not included, the e-mail may not get through the e-mail filters. Also be advised that .zip or .exe files are not allowable attachments and may be deleted by the e-mail filters at Wright-Patterson AFB.
