NOTE: The Contractor must be able to work with the required brand name manufactuers for this equipment. The three different required manufacturers include:

Monaco, Simplex and Notifier.

1. Objective To troubleshoot and repair fire alarm panel faults in Building 369, replace the fire alarm control panel display screen in Building 5096, and procure fire alarm equipment for Building 552.

2. Scope of Work The contractor shall provide all necessary labor, tools, equipment, and expertise to complete the following tasks: Troubleshoot and repair Card 1 faults and positive earth faults in the Simplex fire alarm panel in Building 369. Replace the display screen of the Simplex 4100ES fire alarm control panel in Building 5096. Purchase the Monaco MAAP (+) fire alarm panel and Monaco BT-XF building transceiver for Building 552. The government will handle the removal and installation of the purchased equipment.

3. Tasks and Requirements 3.1 Troubleshoot Building 369 Fire Alarm Panel Faults Initial Assessment: Conduct a visual inspection of the fire alarm panel and associated wiring.

Diagnostic Procedures: Use diagnostic tools to identify faults in Card 1 and any positive earth faults.

Repair and Replacement: Replace faulty components as needed and ensure compatibility with the existing system.

Testing and Verification: Perform comprehensive tests to verify that all faults have been resolved and the system is fully operational.

Documentation: Maintain detailed records of all troubleshooting steps, findings, and repairs. 3.2 Replace Building 5096 Fire Alarm Control Panel Display Screen Preparation: Ensure the availability of the Simplex 4100ES display touch screen and necessary tools.

Replacement: Remove the faulty display screen and install the new one, ensuring proper connections and functionality.

Testing and Verification: Test the new display screen to ensure it operates correctly and integrates seamlessly with the existing system.

Documentation: Record the replacement process and any issues encountered. 3.3 Purchase Monaco MAAP (+) Fire Alarm Panel and Monaco BT-XF Building Transceiver for Building 552 Procurement: Purchase the specified equipment from an authorized supplier.

Coordination: Coordinate with the government team responsible for the removal and installation of the equipment.

Documentation: Provide purchase receipts and any relevant documentation for the procured equipment.
