Economic Data and Projections

The Federal Housing Finance Agency (FHFA) intends to award a sole source purchase order to Moody's Analytics, Inc. under the authority of FAR 13.501(a). The anticipated period of performance is April 1, 2025 - March 31, 2035. The Contractor shall supply the FHFA both historical and forecasted economic data and maintain these economic series on a timely basis.

The Contractor shall also answer FHFA’s questions regarding the historical and forecasted economic data and technical methodologies as needed throughout the life of the contract. This action will be firm-fixed price. This is not a request for quotations nor a solicitation for offers. No formal solicitation package is available.

Interested sources may identify their interest and capability to respond to the requirement and must furnish detailed information concerning their capabilities to provide the supplies and services sought sufficient to determine that a comparable source to the Government is available. Responses must be supported with clear and convincing evidence to clearly be able to provide the supplies and services outlined in this notice.

The Government will not seek additional information from your company if you fail to provide sufficient evidence of having capabilities to meet the Government's needs. The Government shall be the sole source of determining a vendor’s ability to meet all requirements. The Government will consider all expressions of interest submitted. A determination by the Government not to compete this proposed contract action based upon responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the Government.

Information received will be considered solely for determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. The applicable NAICS code is 519290, Web Search Portals and All Other Information Services. Only written responses sent via electronic mail to Jennifer.Sellers@fhfa.gov will be accepted. The responses shall be received no later than the response date and time indicated in this Special Notice. The Government will not be responsible for any costs in the preparation of responses to this notice.
