Notice of Intent to Sole Source - College Credit Recommendation Services

The Defense Counterintelligence and Security Agecny intends to award a sole source purchase order, in accordance with FAR subpart 13.5, Simplified Procedures for Certain Commercial Items, to the American Council on Education for college and/or university equivalent transfer credit recommendations for individuals with successful course completion of various securtiy education and training provided by the Security Training directorate.

The determination not to compete this requirement was made pursuant to 41 USC 1901. THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS and a solicitation will not be issued. Interested vendors must show clear and convincing evidence that competition of this requirement would be advantageous to the Government. If no affirmative written responses are received by 9:00 a.m. Eastern Time on December 23, 2024, award will be made without further notice.

A determination by the government not to compete this proposed requirement is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will normally be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. Responses may be submitted to the POC listed below.
