ALCM ETRS Rings

This notice is not a solicitation, but rather a pre-solicitation synopsis in support of the USAF AGM-86 Air Launched Cruise Missiles (ALCM). The estimated award date is approximately November 2023. The requirement is NOT set-aside for small businesses. This competitive action is restricted to the following qualified vendors:

Rockwell Collins, CAGE: 13499; and Pacific Scientific Energetic Material Company (CA), CAGE: 06331. The proposed solicitation FA8213-23-R-3033 is anticipated to be made available through the Governmentwide Point of Entry (GPE) < https://www.sam.gov >, on approximately August 31, 2023. It is suggested that small business firms or others interested in subcontracting opportunities in connection with the described procurement contact the firms listed.

All responsible sources may submit a capability statement, proposal, or quotation, which shall be considered by the agency. Qualification package required for those contractors who are not already qualified (See FAR 52.209-1). Unless determined to be in the Government’s interest, award of this anticipated contract shall not be delayed to permit an offeror to submit evidence of qualification.
