Notice of Intent to Award a BPA Call Order

THIS IS FOR INFORMATIONAL PURPOSES ONLY. This is a notice of intent to award a competitive BPA Call Order against the Forest Service – Region 9 Roads Blanket Purchase Agreements for zone 14 Superior National Forest, in the state of Minnesota. (Only contractors with an active BPA for the respective zone will be eligible to compete for this call order.) Work includes but is not limited to:

hauling and spreading 3-inch minus pit run aggregate, furnishing and installing a 48-inch equivalent 38-inch x 57-inch arch culvert pipe Corrugated Metal 12GA culvert on FR1491 Deep Lake Rd, and disposing of existing culvert according to all applicable laws and regulations.
