The purpose of this amendment is to change the Industry Day date to Thursday, November 21, 2024 at 12:00 PM Eastern Time (ET). The RSVP deadline will not be extended.

The Department of Transportation (DOT), Federal Highway Administration (FHWA), Office of Safety, intends to release a Request for Proposal (RFP) in fiscal year 2025. This RFP is for the Office of Safety Technical Expertise and Support Services multiple award Indefinite-Delivery, Indefinite Quantity (IDIQ) contract recompete. The purpose of this notice is to notify all Open Market Industry Partners (IPs) that a Virtual Industry Day will be held for this requirement on October 30, 2024 at 11am Eastern time.

If you are interested in attending, please see the attached document for additional information. Please also RSVP to Kristen.Hayes@dot.gov, Josephine.Helms@dot.gov, and Carolyn.Lethert@dot.gov no later than 11am on October 24, 2024. This notice is being updated to provide the latest version of the DRAFT statement of work for this requirement.
