Bowling Pinsetter Replacement

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE: The 377th Mission Support Group Contracting Office, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source purchase order to QubicaAMF World Wide LLC (cage code 03NP2), P.O. Box 8100 AMF DR, MECHANICSVILLE, VA 23111 USA. QubicaAMF World Wide LLC will be able to provide the exact bowling pinsetter replacement that is compatible with the existing pinsetter system that exists within the Kirtland Lanes Bowling Center.

The existing system is maintained and was installed originally by QubicaAMF. As such, they are the sole source for this replacement. This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is 08 July 2026. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals.

However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above. A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement.

A Sole Source Justification Letter will be posted with the Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source IAW Far 6.305(a). The closing date for this notice is 07 July 2026 at 3:00 PM Mountain Standard Time.
