NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE - RIP CORD Replacement

NOTICE OF INTENT TO AWARD SOLE SOURCE TO AIRBORNE SYSTEMS NORTH AMERICA OF CA INC.: The 377 Mission Support Group Contracting Office, Kirtland AFB, New Mexico intends to award a sole source contract to AIRBORNE SYSTEMS NORTH AMERICA OF CA INC.: (cage code 05QR4), 3100 W Segerstrom AVE Santa Ana, California, United States. AIRBORNE SYSTEMS NORTH AMERICA OF CA INC. will be able to provide the Rip cords replacement.

This purchase will be made under Simplified Acquisition Procedures and Other Than Full and Open Competition as authorized by FAR 13.106-1(b). The anticipated award date is 16 August 2024. Please note that this is not a request for competitive proposals. However, all interested parties who believe they can meet the requirements are invited to submit in writing complete information describing their ability to provide the product/services listed above.

A determination by the government not to compete this requirement based on responses to this notice is solely within the discretion of the government. Information received will be considered solely for the purpose of determining whether to conduct a competitive procurement. A Sole Source Justification Letter will be posted with the Notice of Intent to Award Sole Source IAW Far 6.305(a).
