Notice of Intent to Award a Non Appropriated Funds (NAF) Sole Source Contract – Kirtland AFB Lodging Linens THIS IS NOT A REQUEST FOR COMPETITIVE PROPOSALS. This is a notice of intent to award a sole source Non Appropriated Funds (NAF) contract as only one responsible source currently exists.

The 377th FSS, Kirtland Air Force Base (Albuquerque) NM 87117 requires a bridge contract to succeed NAF contract FA9401-19-C-A001 which expires on 30 September 2024. The bridge contract will consist of a six-month base period of performance. Anticipated contract award is on or about 1 October 2024. The PSC is S209. The NAICS is 812320 and the size standard is $8 Million. Please reference attached NAF sole source contract justification document.

Interested businesses may identify their capability to perform this requirement by submitting a capability statement. Responders must clearly demonstrate in their capability statement that there will be no service interruptions and no added investment and start-up costs associated with award of a bridge contract to any contractor other than the incumbent contractor. Documentation submitted shall not exceed 5 pages and shall be submitted electronically.
