Amphenol Connectors for F-16 FINS

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in the Revolutionary FAR Overhaul (RFO) Part 12 procedures, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; quotes are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. The solicitation number is FA9302-26-Q-0121 and is issued as a Request for Quotation (RFQ).

This solicitation document and incorporated provisions and clauses are those in effect through Federal Acquisition Circular 2026-05. 2. SET-ASIDE & NAICS This procurement is a 100% HUBZone Small Business Set-Aside. The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) code is 513210-, with a corresponding small business size standard of 250 employees. 3. BRAND-NAME REQUIREMENT & JUSTIFICATION This acquisition is restricted to Brand Name Only:

Amphenol Aerospace (CAGE: 77820). Pursuant to the approved Determination & Findings under RFO 11.204(a)(2)(ii), only the specified Amphenol connectors meet the Government's minimum requirements. The salient characteristics are dictated by the certified Technical Data Package (TDP) for legacy F-16 flight control panels. The specific form, fit, and function of these proprietary connectors are essential to maintain the flight-certified baseline and avoid unacceptable costs and schedule delays associated with recertification. No substitutions or alternative products will be considered. Offerors must provide only the exact part numbers listed below.

EVALUATION FACTORS: Award will be made to the responsible, certified HUBZone offeror whose quote is technically acceptable, fully conforms to all terms and conditions of the solicitation, and represents the lowest evaluated price (LPTA). Technical Acceptability includes:

1. Ability to furnish the exact brand-name Amphenol part numbers.

2. Submission of valid OEM Authorized Distributor documentation or traceability certification.

3. Active, valid SAM.gov registration with certified HUBZone status.
