ATIC Support Industrial Control System Phase 1 Review Edwards AFB in Accordance with PWS dated 22 January 2026. A site visit will not be held for this requirement unless deemed necessary. Questions are due on 13 February 2026 at 10:00AM PT. Quotes are due on 20 February 2026 at 10:00AM PT. The provision at FAR 52.212-1, Instructions to Offerors—Commercial Products and Commercial Services (Sep 2023), applies to this acquisition. The solicitation provides that quotations will be evaluated using overall Best Value. The following are evaluation factors: 1. Technical Acceptability 2. Price. 3. Past Performance It is the government’s intent to award without discussions. Therefore, each initial quote should contain the offeror’s best terms from a price and technical standpoint. However, the government reserves the right to conduct discussions if the Contracting Officer (CO) determines that discussions are necessary.
