Amendment 2: The pupose of this amendment is to post the questions and answers received by contracint in regards to this solcitation. Question 1 What is the number of required classroom hours for the AFMC TRAINING during the October through November estimated performance time frame? Answer 1 1. I typically see a 4-5 day for each course. I would say a minimum of 32 hours. Question 2 2. How many hours per each training day will be allocated for the attendees have available?

Answer 2 2. I would say a regular work day number. So eight hour classroom day plus an hour lunch. Question 3 3. Who is the incumbent(s) for solicitation FA930224Q0073 Answer 3 3. END of AMENDMENT This is a Combined Synopsis/Solicitation for AFMC TRAINING. (i) This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial products or commercial services prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. (ii)

Solicitation Number: FA930224Q0073**Please provide the full solicitation number on all packages** This solicitation is issues as a Request for Quote (RFQ) please see attached for the applicable solicitation and SOW. (iii) The North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) number for this acquisition is 611430 with a size standard of $15,000,000.

This requirement will be: TOTAL SMALL BUSINESS SET ASIDE. (iv) CLIN CLIN 0001 – Information System Security Officer Course, Quantity Up to 15 Students (Location Edwards AFB) CLIN 0002 – JSIG-Risk Management Framework Course, Qty. Up to 22 students (Location Edwards AFB) (v) Description of requirements for the items to be acquired: The Air Force Test Center (AFTC), Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB), CA has a training requirement for AFMC, AFMC Center, and AFMC program office Information System Security Officers (ISSOs).

Training must be specifically tailored to cover specific protection requirements specified in the DoD Joint SAP Implementation Guide (JSIG), 11 April 2016. Interested parties who believe they can meet all the requirements for the items described in this synopsis are invited to submit, in writing, a complete quote -- ensuring the quote contains information and pricing for all supplies and services included on the Statement of Requirements.

Offerors are required to submit with their quote with enough information for the Government to evaluate the requirements detailed in this combined synopsis/solicitation. (vi)
