The Government reserves the right to cancel this RFP, either before or after the closing date. In the event the Government cancels this RFP, the Government has no obligation to reimburse a vendor for any costs.

This is a combined synopsis/solicitation for commercial items prepared in accordance with the format in Subpart 12.6, as supplemented with additional information included in this notice. This announcement constitutes the only solicitation; proposals are being requested and a written solicitation will not be issued. Commercial Items (FAR 12) and Simplified Acquisition Procedures (FAR 13) will be used for requirement. Hereafter, this notice shall be titled "Solicitation."

Description of requirement: for the acquisition of Installation of Suspended Loading/Checkout Frame for the Long Range Stand Off Carriage Equipment Program The 412th Civil Engineering Squadron (CES) is requesting a service for Installation of Suspended Loading/Checkout Frame. The contractor shall provide all management, personnel, tools, vehicles, supplies, materials, equipment, and labor necessary to meeting the requirements of the Statement of work located at Edwards Air Force Base (EAFB).

All work shall conform with the manuals, all federal, state, local laws and regulations, and commercial standard. Installation of Suspended Loading/Checkout Frame Statement of Work shall be performed in accordance with the terms and conditions of the Statement of Work (SOW)
