Aircraft Sunshade Shelters REF NO.: PZIOB20240621 This is a notice of contract action (NOCA); this is not a solicitation for a Request for Quotation, implied or otherwise, that AFTC/PZIOB will take procurement action in the matter. No reimbursement will be made for any costs associated with providing information in response to this NOCA or any follow-up information requests.

The purpose of this NOCA is to notify industry of the USAF’s intent of contract action and possibly gain knowledge of other potentially qualified sources and their size classifications (small business, large business, etc.) please do not request a copy of a solicitation, as one does not exist.

The AFTC Contracting Directorate (AFTC/PZIOB), Edwards AFB intends to issue a sole source, Firm Fixed Price Contract under the authority of 10 United States Code (USC) 2302(b), as implemented by FAR 13.106-1(b)(1)(i) and AFFARS 5313.501 to Big Top Manufacturing, Perry FL 32347-0894. The applicable NAICS is 332311 with a size standard in number of employees: 750. The following is a brief description of the acquisition requirements:

Aircraft Sunshade Shelters – Delivery Date: NLT 1 Sep 2024 ? Vinyl Shelter - Qty: 2 * 106' Wide x 70' Long x 35' Center Height x 14' Side Wall * 28 OZ.

Cover, Tan, Flame-Retardant PVC Coated fabric with Polyester Scrim * Frame Members: 30" Heavy Wall ASTM Zinc Tubular Steel meets z-bar truss design on 10' centers * Customer specified foundation requirements Concrete * Fabric Ends @ the base of the shelter * All Weld Joints Coated with 97% Zinc "Cold Gal" for Corrosion Protection * All Connections via a Plate-to-Plate Connection * --101' Clear on each Shelter-- * Reflective Tape is included * Guide Wire covers are included ?

End Wall (Shelter is open ended) - Qty: 0 ? UL Certified Lighting Protection - Qty: 2 ? Installation - Qty: 1 * Labor and equipment will be provided by contractor. All permitting, dig permits, licenses, taxes, fees provided by the customer. If your site has special requirements, a general contractor may be required. ? The place of performance is to be at Edwards Air Force Base, CA for Ramp 10. Only small business should respond to this notice of contract action. There are no solicitation documents; however, any vendors who believe they can meet the requirements described should submit a complete technical package, which provides clear and convincing evidence which they can meet the Government’s requirement.

In addition, the response should include verification of the Offeror’s Representation and Certifications—Commercial Items in accordance to FAR 52.212-3. If the offer does not have a copy of this provision, go to http://www. sam.gov/ to load required information. Any response received without completing this registration will be considered noncompliant.

Further, the response should include any special requirements for a commercial contract (i.e. Commercial Financing, Warranty Provisions, Delivery Information, etc.) in accordance with FAR part 12. All information furnished shall be in writing and must contain sufficient detail to allow the government representative to evaluate and determine if it can meet the requirement.
